Such a delightful series: Baby Animals Take a Nap and Baby Animals Take a Bath. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of Baby Animals Take a Bath, but hopefully you'll get sense of the book, below, from the pictures of Baby Animals Take a Nap.
With so many stories on the market about bedtime, it's nice to see a book focusing on naps. Filled with lovely watercolor and ink illustrations by Phyllis Tildes, each page is a vibrant example of different ways animals rest. From standing naps, to swimming naps, to a holding-hands nap, to a snuggly nap, all of these animals (and on the last page a baby) find a way to settle down for a nice little snooze.
