Welcome to Where the Board Books Are!

For those who are new to my site, I'm a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and received a B.A. in World Literature from the College of the Holy Cross. I began blogging about board books shortly after our eldest was born and have been at it ever since. 

It is my hope that this blog will not only help you as a parent, grandparent, teacher, or librarian to decide which stories to choose for young children, but also to celebrate children's literature and the profound impact reading aloud can have on children of all ages.
