A board book to add to your child's collection of nature-themed books, Curious About Birds is perfect for the 1-3 age range. With the name of the bird next to each illustration accompanied by a fact, such as: birds have feathers, birds hatch eggs, birds have wings, birds have bills, and so on, little ones will love becoming bird experts!
I particularly enjoyed looking through the illustrations by John Sill. His illustrations are meticulously detailed so that if a child saw a Wood Duck in the wild, for example, that child would be able to identify the duck based on Mr. Sill's illustration.
