What a creative idea for a book. Masha and her Sisters (just like the Russian Matryoshka dolls) shows you one doll after another as they fold out of the book. While there's little text, I love how the reader is introduced to each sister. There's Natasha the storyteller, Galya the nature lover, Olya the chef, Larisa the performer, and Masha the collector.
With warm, vibrant colors, and easy to flip pages, the reinvention of the Matryoshka doll creates a beautiful experience for the youngest of readers.
